Mike Sanchez
Mike Sanchez is a founder, innovator, and long-time champion of workplace wellbeing. As the CEO of a Nationwide wellness firm, he spent 15 years delivering transformative corporate wellness programs to organizations across the country—empowering thousands of employees to live healthier, more energized lives. His client portfolio included major brands such as AT&T, the Los Angeles Angels, the Los Angeles Dodgers, Hilton Hotels, Panasonic, Del Taco, plus many other corporate clients.
When the world changed in 2020, Mike changed with it. Recognizing an urgent need, he pivoted his expertise to support organizations through the pandemic, launching large-scale COVID-19 testing programs for school districts, manufacturing companies, and essential workplaces.
His commitment to expanding access to care led him to build both a clinical laboratory and a Telehealth platform, evolving his mission from wellness into comprehensive, modern healthcare solutions.
Today, Mike continues his purpose-driven work as the founder of One Corporate Wellness, a company dedicated to reimagining how organizations support the health, performance, and resilience of their people.
